Come relax in a large house, with garden, located in Saint-Médard-en-Jalles (Gironde), less than 10 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac airport.
The house is in the heart of a quiet residential area, with shops nearby and served by public transport.
The dwelling can accommodate up to 9 adult travellers: Ideal for groups with family, friends or with its collaborators.
Easy parking: free parking on the property as well as on the street.
Room rental
You have the possibility, according to your needs, to opt for the rental of the whole house (ideal for a stay with family, friends or even a seminar) or to choose the rental in the room (shared).
As part of the apartment share, you will have access to a private room and to the common parts of the house (living room, kitchen, toilet and garden).
Room rental is offered from Sunday afternoon to Friday morning, depending on availability.

The rental is a house type 5, on one level, of 110m ².
The accommodation has been completely renovated. In addition the living room is air conditioned and the spacious living area. In detail, it includes an equiped kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms and four bedrooms:
* 1 bedroom, bed 160 x 200 cm
* 1 bedroom, bed 160 x 200 cm
* 1 bedroom, bed 160 x 200/ 1 convertible seat (child seat -12 years)
* 1 bedroom, bed 140 x 190 cm on the mezzanine/ 1 single bed 80 x 200 cm on the ground floor.
With its enclosed garden, the house has a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and playground for you to enjoy a pleasant time outdoors.
In all cases, bed linen and towels are provided.
Umbrella beds can be installed on request for the little ones. Baby equipment is also available (bath and baby chair) in the accommodation.
