The pavilion is located in Saint-Médard-en-Jalles (municipality belonging to the Bordeaux Metropolis) located in the heart of a quiet residential area with shops nearby.

A second property will soon arrive for rent; it will be located in the countryside, in Gironde. The house will include 5 bedrooms and a private garden but is currently still under construction.

The property is 10 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. The nearest bus stop is 50 metres away. Easy parking, with free parking on the street and the possibility of returning vehicles inside the property (driveway 12m x 4m).
For bike lovers, beautiful bike paths are nearby (direction Bordeaux or direction Lacanau-Océan).
Finally, the house is located about forty minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and the Arcachon basin. Saint-Médard-en-Jalles is also about fifteen kilometers from the unmissable city center of Bordeaux and the beginning of the famous Médoc castles route.
